About Trust

It all began with a few College- Going friends who met one day and expressed their intention to form a group to serve poor patients.  They started their activities in the year of 2004, with the sole objective of serving humanity.  Their concentration was on the problems of poor patients in the biggest Government Hospital of Madhya Pradesh, Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital, Indore which is a 1000 bedded Hospital.  The Sufalam Group established a water hut (Pyau) in Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital and started distributing free Fresh hot khichdi to the patients every Sunday.  

The scope of "sewa" activities soon increased to various requirements of poor patients.  In 2010, Sufalam Group started the distribution of free food packets to the attendants of patients which is an on-going activity . At present, Sufalam Trust is carrying on various activities to help poor patients & their attendants.  Sufalam Sewa Nyas is a registered Charitable Trust.  The Trust got an approval from the Income Tax department u/s 12-AA of Income Tax Act.

Looking into the Sewa activities of the Trust, Maharaja Yeshwantrao Hospital administration has provided a room near Police Chowki in the Hospital Campus where volunteers of the Trust are available between 11 A.M to 8 P.M. to help, guide and solve various problems of patients in every possible manner.
